Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, please email us at ayodeleoluwumjay@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it promptly.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process (see below).
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your goods.
We do not accept returns for items marked “Final Sale” or customised/personalised products, unless they are faulty.
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Securely package the item(s) and return them to us within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ayodeleoluwumjay@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage if required.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
